Here is a carrot cake I made and decorated for my dearest friend Diane’s birthday! The theme as you can see is dragons, dinosaurs, monsters and snakes attack! Colors are her favorite of course Purple, and Teal. My mother and I have altered the original carrot recipe to make it even better and now its our very own that I will be sharing on the site sometime this year! 🙂
