Carrot Cake may not be one of my favorites (ew raisins and nuts) but It’s still a staple cake that EVERY single person I know seems to love so I make it pretty often and has not to date disappointed. Recently I took my carrot cake recipe divided in half and made cupcakes! The only other thing I had to do was change the bake time from 45 minutes to 25 and they were perfect! I also divided the frosting recipe in half. Feel free to try to make cupcakes out of any of your favorite cake recipes 🙂 I know I’m going to be experimenting with German Chocolate this month 🙂
