Happy Holidays and Thanksgiving to all! This is the first year I was officially asked to make a pie for Thanksgiving so of course I did my famous Cinnamon and Spiced rum Triple Caramel Apple pie (and yes it is DELICIOUS as it sounds) I have a few step by step pictures for you to enjoy while I create a recipe to post this week as I’ve never actually written this one down! I created this pie almost a year ago while I was working a Dab Tender in the cannabis industry in Washington. I would bring all sorts of treats in to share with the patients and ended up starting to experiment with apple pies. I started with plain apple and started adding cinnamon, honey, and anything else that sounded to my liking, and before long rum and caramel were in the mix creating absolute PERFECTION and thus the Cinnamon and Spiced rum triple caramel apple pie was born.
